Software Engineer

Job Scope

Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications and systems.

Write clean, efficient, and scalable code based on business requirements.

Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues and system defects.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, design, and operations teams.

Participate in system analysis, software architecture, and technical discussions.

Perform software testing, code reviews, and quality assurance to ensure system reliability.

Develop and maintain APIs, databases, and backend services where required.

Monitor system performance and implement improvements for optimization and stability.

Prepare and maintain technical documentation and user guides.

Ensure software security, data protection, and compliance with company standards.

Support deployment, upgrades, and production issue resolution.

Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend improvements.

Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript, Go, or C++.
• Familiarity with databases, APIs, cloud services, and system integration.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD, and software development lifecycle processes is preferred.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
