Role Overview

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UX Designer with strong visual storytelling, multimedia, and video production capabilities. This role combines user experience design with creative content production to develop intuitive digital experiences and engaging communication materials that support user adoption and engagement.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience across UX research and design, video production, visual communication, and emerging AI-assisted creative workflows. You will work closely with product, technology, and business teams to create user-centric experiences and compelling multimedia content.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to understand user needs, behaviours, and pain points.

• Translate user insights and business requirements into intuitive user journeys and digital experiences.

• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs.

• Conceptualise, script, storyboard, and produce videos for product demonstrations, onboarding, tutorials, training, and user engagement initiatives.

• Design communication and engagement materials including training content, go-live communications, newsletters, presentation decks, and other digital collateral.

• Incorporate video, motion graphics, animations, and other multimedia elements into UX and communication deliverables.

• Leverage AI-powered tools for design, content generation, video production, ideation, and creative workflows to improve efficiency and speed of delivery.

• Collaborate with product managers, developers, business stakeholders, and other teams to integrate UX requirements throughout the product development lifecycle.

• Ensure UX designs, multimedia assets, and communication materials align with established brand identity and visual guidelines.

• Review and evaluate AI-generated or AI-assisted design, video, and content outputs for usability, accuracy, consistency, and overall visual quality.

• Define UX patterns, design templates, and visual standards to guide AI-generated and AI-assisted creative workflows.

• Ensure AI-assisted outputs maintain consistent UX, accessibility, brand, and quality standards at scale.

• Present design concepts and recommendations clearly to project stakeholders and incorporate feedback into final deliverables.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Design, User Experience, Human-Computer Interaction, Multimedia, Communications, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in UX Design, preferably supporting technology, digital transformation, or cloud-related projects.

• Strong understanding of UX research, user-centred design, usability testing, wireframing, prototyping, and interaction design.

• Experience creating visual communication and multimedia content for digital products or user engagement initiatives.

• Hands-on experience in video conceptualisation, storyboarding, editing, and production.

• Ability to create professional communication materials, presentations, training content, and digital collateral.

• Experience with or a strong interest in AI-powered creative tools, including generative image and video solutions, AI writing assistants, and prompt-based creative workflows.

• Ability to review and critically assess AI-generated design and content against UX, usability, quality, and brand standards.

• Strong visual storytelling and attention to detail.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional product and technology teams.

• A strong portfolio demonstrating UX design projects, video production, and visual communication work. Portfolio submission will be required as part of the assessment process.

• Must meet the eligibility requirements for the applicable Singapore MSD CAT 1 security clearance.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working on IT, cloud, digital transformation, or enterprise technology projects.

• Experience with motion graphics, animation, or interactive multimedia.

• Familiarity with AI-assisted design and content production workflows.

• Knowledge of prompt engineering and techniques for improving AI-generated creative outputs.

• Experience developing reusable design systems, UX patterns, templates, and visual standards.

• Understanding of accessibility and inclusive design principles.
