UXUI Designer (Mobile Application)

We're recruiting Senior UXUI Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in shaping the user experience of our digital products and ensuring they meet the highest standards of usability and aesthetics.

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth user research to understand user behaviors, needs, and pain points.
• Analyze research findings and translate them into actionable design strategies.
• Develop and maintain information architecture for digital products, ensuring logical and seamless user journeys.
• Create wireframes and interactive prototypes to communicate design concepts effectively.
• Iterate on designs based on feedback and user testing results.
• Collaborate with the UI design team to create visually appealing and cohesive user interfaces.
• Ensure consistency in design language and branding across all digital platforms.
• Plan and conduct usability testing sessions to gather valuable feedback.
• Use testing insights to refine and improve designs.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and other stakeholders.
• Effectively communicate design concepts and decisions to non-designers.
• Any ad hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field
• Minimum 4 years of proven experience in UX design
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of UX projects and design solutions
• Proficient in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite)
• Understanding of front-end development technologies and constraints
• Creative and analytical mindset
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
