ABOUT THE ROLE

MotorBahn Group operates three automotive brands — Evoke (OE factory retrofit services), Viofo (dashcam retail and distribution) and SparKleen (premium car detailing) — alongside the owner's personal car influencer channel. We are looking for someone who genuinely loves cars and wants to turn that passion into compelling video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube.

This is a full-ownership production role: you plan, shoot and edit. We provide all the equipment and the creative platform. You bring the energy, the eye and the hunger to grow. Prior experience is a clear advantage, but fresh graduates with the right attitude and a real love for cars are welcome to apply.

Title: Automotive Videographer

Reports to: Owner / General Manager

Salary: SGD $2,500 to $3,200 per month (commensurate with experience)

Location: Singapore (On-site)

Equipment: All filming and editing equipment provided by the company

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Video Production

-

Plan, shoot and produce video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube across all MotorBahn brands and the owner's car influencer channel

Cover car walkarounds and reviews, product demos, before-and-after transformation reveals, event coverage and short-form storytelling

Film on-site at the workshop and showroom as well as external locations

Operate and maintain camera rigs, gimbals and other equipment provided by the company

Editing and Post-Production

-

Edit footage to platform-native formats: vertical for TikTok and Reels; horizontal or vertical for YouTube

Apply colour grading, music selection, motion graphics, captions and sound design

Maintain an organised media library of raw footage and finished assets

-

Iterate on feedback quickly and deliver revisions promptly

Content and Collaboration

-

Work alongside the Digital Media team to align video with the content calendar and campaigns

Stay current with automotive creator trends and bring fresh ideas for hooks, formats and storytelling

Use AI tools such as CapCut AI or ChatGPT to accelerate scripting and post-production

-

Support event shoots, product launches and ad-hoc requests as needed

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Essential

-

Genuine passion for cars — you watch automotive content in your own time

-

Proficiency in video editing software such as CapCut, DaVinci Resolve or Adobe Premiere Pro

-

Understanding of what makes content perform on TikTok and YouTube

-

Willingness to learn quickly and work independently without hand-holding

-

Ability to manage your own production schedule and meet deadlines

-

Positive, coachable attitude and good communication

Advantageous

Diploma or Degree in Film, Media Production, Mass Communications or a related field

-

Portfolio or showreel of video work (any genre, automotive is a plus)

Hands-on experience with mirrorless or DSLR cameras, gimbals or drones

Skills in colour grading, motion graphics or Adobe After Effects

Familiarity with AI creative tools such as CapCut AI, ChatGPT or Midjourney

Knowledge of car modification, detailing, PPF, dashcams or the Singapore automotive scene

Fresh graduates are welcome. Attitude and a love of cars matter more to us than years of experience.
