Our client is looking for Website Operations Specialist to oversee daily website management, content updates, SEO execution, and user experience optimization. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will ensure digital presence remains accurate, high-performing, well-structured, and fully aligned with strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Website & Content Operations: Manage daily WordPress operations; create, format, and publish on-brand webpages, landing pages, and campaign-specific assets.

• SEO Execution: Implement on-page SEO best practices, including metadata updates, header optimization, internal linking, image formatting, and strategic content structuring.

• Quality Assurance & Maintenance: Conduct routine website QA, audits, and consistency checks (e.g., tracking broken links, reviewing content accuracy); monitor performance and escalate technical bugs to the development team.

• Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the central point of contact, collaborating with Design, SEO, Compliance, Product, and Marketing teams to seamlessly launch updates.

• Architecture Management: Maintain a highly organized, scalable website structure across all pages, categories, templates, and digital assets.

Job Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in WordPress website management and webpage administration.

• Technical Skills: Deep familiarity with website content management systems (CMS), webpage creation, and digital publishing.

• SEO & UX Knowledge: Solid understanding of on-page SEO principles and user experience (UX) fundamentals to ensure intuitive layouts and consistent branding.

• Project Management: Proven ability to manage competing priorities, handle fast-paced timelines, and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.

• Precision: Exceptional attention to detail, with a strong background in executing website QA and content reviews.
