Contract Period: From 1 Jan 2027 to 31 Dec 2027.

Option to extend: From 1 Jan 2028 to 31 Dec 2028.

Personnel to be deployed at the following hours:

•Mondays to Fridays: 7:30am to 4:00pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break

•Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays

Requirements:

The Personnel should preferably have the following qualifications and experience:

-GCE ‘N’-Level qualification

-2 years of experience in managing Science lab in MOE institutions (schools)

-2 years of experience in administrative duties in MOE institutions (schools)

Job Scopes：

The Services required are set out as follows:

1.Prepare laboratory materials for Science activities in primary school level

2.Maintain readiness of laboratory equipment and Science laboratories

3.Maintain cleanliness & organization of laboratories and its equipment

4.Perform basic stocktaking of equipment & request to replenish when needed

5.Assist teachers during laboratory sessions

6.Assist in the maintenance of the Recycle Corner, Vertical Farm & other vegetable farming in school

7.Assist Science department members for ad-hoc duties

8.Assist in administrative matters such as collection of data or any other duties required by supervisor

9.Assist in general office duties such as attending to phone calls and management of queries during non-peak Science laboratory hours (e.g. after curriculum hours, school holidays etc)
