1906 Operation Support Officer /Bukit Batok

Contract Period: From 1 August 2026 to 31 July 2027

Option to Extend: From 1 August 2027 to 31 July 2028

Personnel to be deployed at the following hours:

 Mondays to Fridays: 10:00am to 7:00pm, inclusive of ½ hr lunch break

 When necessary, cover duty for colleagues on early shift: 6.30am to 3.30pm (inclusive of ½ hour lunch break)

 Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays

Requirements:

The Personnel should preferably minimally possess the following skills and experience

a. At least 3 years of relevant working experience as an Operations Support Officer (OSO) in a school setting

b. Competent in using common smartphone applications (e.g. internet browser, Singpass, Whatsapp), and Walkie Talkies

Job Scopes：

The Services required are set out as follows:

1. To maintain general cleanliness of the school areas / classrooms and the cleaning equipment used

2. To provide logistical support for school events and activities including carryng and arranging furniture and equipment

3. To escort the contractors and to ensure that the contractors are carrying out specific works authorised by the School

4. To ensure all rooms’ lights, fans and aircons are switched off, doors

and roller shutters locked and the school alarm system is armed before leaving school

5. Any other duties assigned by the OM, AM and the School Leaders
