2007 Student Management Officer /Boon Lay

Contract Period: From 1 August 2026 to 31 July 2027

The personnel shall be deployed according to the following schedule:

• Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays: 8.30am to 2.30pm (including a lunch break from 12.00pm to 12.30pm)

• Thursdays: 8.00 am to 4.30pm (including a lunch break from 12.00pm to 12.30pm)

• Weekly Working Hours: 30 hours

• Services are not required on Saturdays, Sundays, gazetted public holidays and school holidays.

Requirements:

The Personnel shall minimally have the following skills and experience:

•At least two (2) years of experience in working with families with children and youth.

•Candidate who has relevant experience in planning, organising and conducting motivational, educational, or physical activities for children and youth will have an added advantage.

Job Scopes：

The services required shall include, but are not limit to, the following:

1.One-to-One Student Support: Provide dedicated mentoring and befriending support to Higher Needs Students (HNS) within the discipline domain, including students who have been assigned disciplinary consequences by the school.

2. Motivational Programmes and Engagements: Plan and conduct motivational talks or engagements sessions aimed at inspiring students, strengthening character development, and addressing discipline-related concerns.

3. Discipline and Investigation Support: Assist in conducting basic fact-finding and information-gathering activities to support the school’s investigation of student-related incidents. Assist in patrolling the neighbourhood with KPs after school hours.

4. Parent Engagement: Support the Discipline Master in engaging parents and guadians on matters relating to student discipline, behaviour management, and student development.
