· Lead the research, design, review, and upgrading of the full Montessori curriculum framework for 18 months–6 years, ensuring alignment with ECDA requirements, NEL framework, and authentic Montessori philosophy.
· Plan and implement systematic teacher training, induction, mentoring, and professional development programs for all Montessori guides and leaders.
· Oversee teaching quality, classroom observation, lesson evaluation, and pedagogical standards across all centers.
· Conduct educational research, benchmark best practices locally and internationally, and introduce evidencebased teaching innovations.
· Develop training materials, handbooks, assessment tools, and Montessori practicum standards for internal and external training.
· Collaborate with principals and academic teams to ensure consistent curriculum delivery and highquality learning environments.
· Support accreditation, compliance, and audit processes related to curriculum, teaching, and teacher qualifications.
· Lead parent workshops, seminars, and academic events to promote Montessori education and strengthen home–school partnership.
· Manage the academic training budget, resources, and external partnerships (training institutions, assessors, etc.).
· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Education, or related field.
· Full professional Montessori certification (AMI or AMS) for 0-3 and 3–6 years; higherlevel training or trainer certification is strongly preferred.
· Minimum 10 years of solid experience in Montessori teaching, curriculum development, and teacher training; at least 5 years in a senior academic leadership role.
· Demonstrated ability in curriculum design, training program development, teaching research, and pedagogical leadership.
· Excellent command of written and spoken English; proficiency in Mandarin is a strong advantage for bilingual environment.
· Passion for Montessori education, with strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problemsolving skills.
· Able to travel between multiple centers in Singapore and conduct classroom observations and training.
