Responsibilities
Conduct WSQ-certified accounting training programmes for learners in accordance with curriculum and training standards
Facilitate engaging classroom and practical training sessions on accounting concepts and accounting software applications
Assess learners’ progress and ensure training objectives are met
Maintain relevant training certifications and ensure compliance with WSQ/SkillsFuture training requirements
Develop, review, and update training materials, user guides, and instructional content for accounting software users
Serve as the internal subject matter expert for accounting software-related enquiries from sales teams and internal stakeholders
Provide technical/product guidance on system capabilities, features, and limitations
Support sales teams during client product demonstrations by attending meetings to provide technical clarification and product expertise (non-sales role)
Assist clients in understanding how the accounting software can support their operational needs to ensure smooth onboarding together with salesperson.
Stay updated on product enhancements, accounting regulations, and training best practices
Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field
ACTA / ACLP / DACE / certification (Required)
Prior experience in training/facilitation, preferably in accounting or software-related programmes
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and accounting software systems
Experience using accounting software such as Xero, QuickBooks, MYOB, or similar platforms is preferred
Strong presentation and communication skills
Comfortable supporting salesperson in product walkthroughs and supporting customer onboarding discussions
Patient, detail-oriented, and able to simplify technical concepts for learners and clients
