After School Care Teacher (Full-Time)

About Willow House

Willow House is an after-school care centre in Woodlands. We believe every child deserves a safe place to learn, grow and belong. We are looking for a caring, responsible and positive teacher who enjoys working with primary school children and wants to be part of building a centre from the very beginning.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times.
• Receive students after school and guide them through their daily routine.
• Supervise and check homework, provide academic support, and ensure students complete their spelling practice.
• Conduct simple enrichment activities, games and holiday programmes.
• Supervise snack and meal times.
• Build positive relationships with children and communicate professionally with parents.
• Maintain a clean, organised and welcoming learning environment.
• Work closely with the team to support daily centre operations.
• Assist with student attendance, simple administrative tasks and documentation when required.

Requirements

• Enjoy working with primary school children.
• Caring, patient and responsible.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Positive attitude and willing to learn.
• Relevant experience in a student care, tuition centre, preschool or education setting will be an advantage.
• Fresh graduates with a passion for working with children are welcome to apply.
