AI Trainer

Eduquest International Institute is seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking AI professional to lead the growth and development of our Digital Skills Academy. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering AI-related training programmes, developing new AI courses, and driving the strategic expansion of the Academy to support future workforce transformation.

Key Responsibilities

Training & Facilitation

·        Deliver engaging and industry-relevant AI and Digital Skills training programmes.

·        Conduct WSQ and non-WSQ training sessions for adult learners and corporate clients.

·        Facilitate both classroom and online learning effectively.

Curriculum & Course Development

·        Design, develop, and update AI-related courses and instructional materials.

·        Introduce new programmes in areas such as:

o   Generative AI

o   Agentic AI

o   AI Automation

o   AI Productivity Tools

o   Prompt Engineering

o   AI for Business Applications

·        Ensure training content remains aligned with industry trends and workforce needs.

Academy Development & Growth

·        Take ownership of building and growing the Digital Skills Academy.

·        Identify emerging AI trends, market opportunities, and new training demands.

·        Work closely with management, marketing, and corporate sales teams to promote programmes and expand partnerships.

·        Support accreditation and compliance requirements where applicable.

Industry & Innovation

·        Stay updated with advancements in AI technologies, tools, and applications.

·        Explore and implement innovative learning methodologies and AI-driven educational solutions.

·        Support AI adoption initiatives for enterprises and learners.

Requirements

·        Bachelor's degree with WSQ ACTA/ACLP certification

·        Strong hands-on experience with advanced AI tools and platforms.

·        Experience in developing AI workflows, automations, and Agentic AI solutions.

·        Prior teaching, training, or facilitation experience preferred.

·        Experience in curriculum development and instructional design.

·        Strong presentation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.

·        Passionate about lifelong learning and digital transformation.
