As an Assistant Centre Manager, you'll be involved in the day-to-day running of our tuition centre and play an important role in supporting our students, parents, and tutors. This isn't just an admin role, we're looking for someone who wants to build a long-term career in education management.

What You'll Be Doing
- Manage the daily operations of the tuition centre
- Attend to parents' enquiries and provide excellent customer service
- Handle and resolve parents' concerns professionally using effective communication and de-escalation skills
- Coordinate class schedules, replacement lessons, student enrolments, and attendance
- Prepare payroll and manage administrative duties
- Assist with recruitment, interviews, onboarding, and staff scheduling
- Plan and create social media content and marketing initiatives
- Work closely with tutors to ensure classes run smoothly
- Help organise centre events, workshops, and promotional activities
- Maintain accurate records and continuously look for ways to improve our operations and customer experience

Working Hours
- Weekdays: 12.30pm – 9.00pm
- Weekends: 9.00am – 6.30pm
- 2 weekdays off each week
- Weekend work is required as the majority of our classes are conducted on Saturdays and Sundays.

- 3-month probation period
