Key Responsibilities
Lead the design, coordination, delivery and continuous improvement of volunteer development programmes, learning journeys and training, including the Healthcare Youth Leaders Programme, to build volunteer capability, confidence and leadership in collaboration with SingHealth institutions, partners and volunteer groups.
Develop and maintain volunteer learning resources, toolkits and digital content for engaging in-person, blended and online learning.
Support volunteer growth through coaching, leadership pathways, developmental opportunities and role progression.
Foster an engaged volunteer community through opportunities for connection, contribution, recognition and peer learning.
Collaborate with clinicians, departments, educational institutions and community partners to develop meaningful volunteer roles, intergenerational initiatives, projects and learning opportunities that meet organisational and community needs.
Manage the Learning Management System (LMS), including content administration, learner tracking, completion monitoring, reporting and learning analytics.
Evaluate programme effectiveness through learning outcomes, stakeholder feedback and data, and implement improvements to enhance volunteer learning and experience.
Support volunteer engagement, retention, appreciation, leadership development and other volunteer management initiatives across the organisation.
Undertake other duties as assigned by the Director / Supervisor.
Requirements
Degree in any discipline; background in training, education, social services, or related fields will be an advantage.
At least 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in youth development, volunteer management, education, community engagement, training or related fields.
Strong facilitation, interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to connect with and inspire diverse groups.
Demonstrated experience in designing and delivering developmental programmes, workshops, volunteer trainings or learning experiences.
Passion for youth development and volunteerism, with a genuine interest in nurturing individuals and helping them realise their potential.
Ability to translate clinical, technical, or operational requirements into clear, accessible learning content.
Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
Resourceful, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Willing to support training and volunteer activities outside office hours when required.
Comfortable working on Saturdays (approximately twice per month) to support operational requirements. Off in lieu will be provided.
Candidates with strong interest and demonstrated potential, but with less relevant experience, may be considered for the Senior Executive position.
