We’re looking for enthusiastic, persuasive, and service-minded individuals to join our dynamic sales team in our secondary business division: Info-Academy. This role will be promoting WSQ-accredited training courses and be responsible for identifying, engaging, and securing corporate clients, with a strong emphasis on proactive lead generation and relationship-building.

Key Responsibilities:
Source, prospect, and secure new corporate clients for WSQ training programs
Conduct client meetings and presentations to understand training needs and propose suitable course solutions
Maintain and grow relationships with existing accounts for repeat business
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery
Keep updated on WSQ frameworks, government funding schemes, and relevant training trends
Prepare proposals, quotations, and post-sale reports as needed
Who We’re Looking For:
Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
Prior B2B sales experience is an advantage but not essential.
Fresh graduates or candidates without direct sales experience are encouraged to apply if they demonstrate a strong interest and drive to build a career in sales.
Self-motivated and proactive, with the initiative to identify opportunities and generate new business.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
Possess a consultative mindset, eagerness to learn, and adaptability to work across different industries and customer segments.
Comfortable working in a target-driven environment and motivated by achieving results.
