Business Development Manager (Education / EdTech)

•  Position: Business Development Manager (Education / EdTech)

• Location: Robinson Road (4 minutes walk from Tanjong Pagar MRT, walking distance from 2 other MRT stations)

• Working hours: Monday to Friday (9am 6pm)

• Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $6,800 + Travel Allowance

• Duration: Permanent

• Industry: Enrichment and Education

Main Responsibilities:

• Drive business development and partnership growth with schools, enrichment centres, and education stakeholders.

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns across digital channels, social media, email marketing, and events.

• Manage CRM, sales pipeline, and lead generation activities.

• Build relationships with educators, distributors, and regional partners across Southeast Asia.

• Represent the company at education exhibitions, seminars, and networking events.

• Support market expansion initiatives and identify new business opportunities.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or related field.

• 4–7 years of business development, partnerships, or marketing experience.

• Experience in Education, EdTech, Educational Publishing, or Enrichment industry preferred.

• Hands-on experience with CRM platforms and digital marketing tools.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Willing to travel within Southeast Asia when required.
