Business Development Manager (India Market)

1)Proactively communicate with existing customers and engage with potential customers with a clear and concise understanding as you identify business needs and develop customer-unique strategies and solutions.

2)Proactively coordinate internal resources and external vendors to deliver solutions with a clear vision and concise presentation of internal and external sales pitches to achieve customer buy-in and success.

3)Deep understanding of customer needs, create customised business solutions that take into account the obstacles faced by customers and communicate effectively with customers and external or internal forces to achieve set goals effectively.

4)Acquired the ability to build strong relationships internally with team members and externally with stakeholders and external vendors to understand how to work together to achieve goals. Individuals must be able to negotiate and successfully conclude contracts with customers effectively.

5)Comprehensive and accurate analysis of market data, including segments such as customers, competitors, competitive analysis, market opportunities, threats, strengths and weaknesses of our organization to understand our position and plans and create stronger connections. To build and improve our competitiveness, promote organizational growth and facilitate entry into new markets with competitive potential.

6)Actively participate in strategy development and identify trends and insights to optimize performance.This is done by taking ownership of marketing channels and improving marketing through developing promotional materials, websites, and other campaigns to reach a more extensive audience base.
