2.4 Market Development & Brand Representation

  • Represent Agape at networking events, industry engagements, and partnership platforms.

  • Build awareness of Agape’s Learning Academy offerings within the corporate training market.

  • Develop relationships with key stakeholders, including HR leaders, business owners, and industry partners.

2.5 Proposal Development & Sales Conversion

  • Prepare tailored proposals, presentations, and training plans aligned with client needs.

  • Clearly articulate programme outcomes, delivery formats, and business impact.

  • Drive conversion through strong pitching, objection handling, and negotiation skills.

2.6 Internal Collaboration & Delivery Alignment

  • Work closely with Agape Learning Academy as well as Adjunct trainers, programme operations, and the development team to ensure training solutions are feasible and aligned.

  • Ensure smooth transition from sales closure to programme delivery and administration.

2.7 Sales Operations & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client engagements.

  • Track sales performance and prepare regular pipeline and forecast reports.

  • Ensure proper documentation of client requirements and communication.

2.8 Compliance Awareness & Ethical Selling

  • Ensure all sales representations are accurate and aligned with prevailing SSG and SkillsFuture guidelines.
