Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Centre Manager to lead operations at a student care and enrichment centre located in the east region. This role is responsible for overseeing staff, ensuring programme quality, and driving centre performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations and ensure smooth running of the centre
• Lead and supervise teaching and administrative staff
• Ensure high standards of programme delivery and student care
• Build and maintain strong relationships with parents
• Drive enrolment and retention initiatives
• Oversee administrative, financial, and reporting functions

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Education, Business, or related field
• Minimum three years of leadership experience in education or enrichment industry
• Strong organisational and leadership skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Able to work independently and make sound decisions
