Centre Manager (Educational Centre), $4,000 Multiple Locations (North / West)

• Up till $4,000 + Bonus

Our Client, a coding enrichment centre for children, is inviting qualified candidates to fill the position as Centre Manager.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Be a key player in the customer acquisition team to onboard new parents to the centre

• Share the centre's vision and recommend suitable coding programs for students

• Support customer success initiatives like special programs or competitions, or community events like fireside chats for customer engagement

• Maintain customer relationships and build a strong centre community. Act as parents’ advocate and manage relationships with them

• Plan lead generation events with key partners like Parent Sharings, trial classes and make sure payment for classes are received

• Work with the teaching team to assess the students and follow up with parents for conversion

• Responsible for handling general administrative duties, e.g. sending out onboarding emails, data entry, sorting out data and research

• Ensure that all customer information is properly documented and updated in our CRM system

• Relationship manager for our Kodecoon’s community, continue to track the progress of students and maintain relationships with parents
  

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum Diploma/Degree in Computer Science or related field

• Have prior teaching experience, be it tutoring, or team training

• Driven, fast learner, proactive and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  

OTHER INFORMATION:

• Location: Bukit Panjang / Lentor / Novena

• Working Days/Hours: 5 days/Office hours, 9am - 6pm (Includes both weekends)

• Salary: Up till $4,000 (salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications)
