Childcare Teacher

Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate English Childcare Teacher to plan and deliver engaging lessons, foster a nurturing environment, and support young children's development in a collaborative early childhood education setting.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement engaging, developmentally appropriate English language lessons and activities for preschool children to enhance learning outcomes.
• Create a supportive and nurturing classroom environment that encourages exploration, curiosity, and creativity among children.
• Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues through effective communication and collaboration to support holistic development.
• Assess and monitor children's progress and development regularly, providing constructive feedback to parents to guide learning.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all children by adhering to established health and safety guidelines and protocols.
• Participate actively in professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in early childhood education.

Required competencies and certifications

• Hold early childhood certifications such as a Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Care and Education, or Certificate in Early Childhood Education.

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Previous experience working in a childcare setting is preferred but not required.
