Childcare Teacher

We are looking for a nurturing and committed Preschool Teacher to create a caring, engaging, and well-organised learning environment for our children.

In this role, you will:

• Create a safe, warm, and engaging classroom where children feel secure, respected, and ready to learn

• Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons and activities in line with Lillipods’ curriculum and pedagogical approach

• Support children’s learning through purposeful play, guided exploration, hands-on activities, and everyday routines

• Supervise children during lessons, play, meals, rest time, and outings to ensure their safety and wellbeing

• Encourage children’s curiosity, independence, social confidence, and love for learning

• Maintain a clean, organised, and inviting classroom, including learning materials and shared spaces

• Observe, assess, and document each child’s progress, development, and learning moments

• Share children’s progress and updates with parents in a warm, professional, and constructive manner

• Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues

• Participate actively in school events, parent meetings, excursions, and professional development

• Uphold Lillipods’ values, policies, child-safe practices, and professional standards at all times

• Support other duties as assigned by your Supervisor and/or the Company from time to time
