Chinese Language Teacher - Preschool/Primary/Secondary

Salary

• Preschool level: $2700 - $3000
• Primary / Secondary level: $2800 - $3500

Working Hours

• Rest days: Monday & Tuesday
• Midweek hours (Wed–Fri): 1:00 PM – 9:30 PM
• Weekend hours (Sat–Sun): 8:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Job Description

• Deliver engaging Chinese enrichment classes for Preschool, Primary, and Secondary students using the provided curriculum framework
• Monitor and document student performance, including preparing termly evaluations and progress reports
• Maintain regular communication with parents to provide updates on students’ learning development

Requirements

• Degree holder in Education, Chinese Studies, Linguistics, or a related discipline
• Prior teaching experience in local schools will be an advantage
• Passionate about educating and nurturing young learners
• Energetic, approachable, and enthusiastic teaching style
• Strong organizational, classroom management, and administrative skills
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office tools, especially PowerPoint
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision while managing multiple responsibilities
• Willing to work on weekends and public holidays as part of the role
