As The Edu Experience continues to grow, we are looking for dedicated Chinese Language Educators with a passion for teaching who can support children in building confidence, developing interest, and making steady progress in the Chinese language.

Who We’re Looking For

An educator who combines strong language proficiency with patience, empathy, and care.

You are:

• A Child-Centred Educator — You support students who may not use Chinese at home and guide them to build confidence step by step.
• An Engaging & Thoughtful Teacher — You create lessons that feel safe, supportive, and meaningful, helping children recognise their progress over time.
• A Strong Communicator & Team Player — You collaborate well with colleagues, build rapport with students, and communicate clearly with parents.
• Qualified & Experienced — You bring both professional training and classroom experience to your teaching.

Candidate Requirements

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a team environment.
• Patient, engaging, and nurturing classroom delivery.
• A Bachelor’s degree or above from an accredited university.
• Strong academic background in Chinese Language.
• Good understanding of the Singapore Primary School Chinese syllabus.
• Prior teaching experience.
• Able to work a schedule of 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day.
