工作职责

• 根据课程计划，提供生动、有趣及富有启发性的课堂教学。
• 为不同学习能力的学生制定适切的教学策略和学习资源。
• 跟进学生学习进度，及时提供反馈，帮助学生发挥最大潜能。
• 与家长保持良好沟通，共同支持学生成长。
• 积极参与教学培训、课程研发及团队合作。

我们希望您具备

• 拥有学士学位或同等学历。
• 熟悉新加坡 MOE 华文课程大纲者优先。
• 能根据不同学生的学习需求调整教学方式。
• 热爱教育事业，富有责任感、耐心及亲和力。
• 具备良好的沟通能力及团队合作精神。
• 能于平日晚上及周末工作。
• 具教学经验者优先，欢迎有志投身教育行业者申请。

Job Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, interactive, and effective lessons based on the curriculum.
• Develop teaching materials and learning strategies tailored to students of different abilities.
• Monitor students' academic progress and provide timely feedback to help them reach their full potential.
• Build strong relationships with students and parents through regular communication.
• Participate actively in teacher training, curriculum development, and team collaboration.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
• Familiarity with the latest Singapore MOE Chinese Language syllabus is an advantage.
• Ability to adapt teaching approaches to suit different learning needs.
• Passionate about education with a positive, responsible, and approachable personality.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Able to work on weekday evenings and weekends.
• Prior teaching experience is preferred, but aspiring educators are also welcome to apply.
