About the Role

We arelooking for a passionate and experienced Clinical Trainer to join our growingteam in Singapore. The Clinical Trainer will be responsible for deliveringproduct training, clinical education, hands-on workshops, and customer supportfor aesthetic medical devices. The role requires strong clinical knowledge,excellent communication skills, and the ability to support both internal teamsand external customers.

This positionworks closely with the Sales, Marketing, Medical Affairs, and Clinical teams toensure the safe and effective use of our aesthetic technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

Clinical Training & Education

·       Conduct product training and certification programs for doctors, nurses,and clinic staff.

·       Deliver both theoretical and hands-on training sessions.

·       Develop and update training materials, presentations, SOPs, and treatmentprotocols.

·       Support Train-the-Trainer initiatives and competency assessments.

Clinical Support

·       Provide clinical support during product demonstrations, workshops, andcustomer onboarding.

·       Assist customers with treatment protocols, patient selection, andtreatment planning.

·       Troubleshoot clinical and operational issues related to device usage.

·       Ensure safe and compliant use of medical aesthetic devices.

Workshop & Event Support

·       Support local and regional workshops, seminars, and educational events.

·       Coordinate live demonstrations and hands-on sessions.

·       Work with KOLs and healthcare professionals during educationalactivities.

Sales Support

·       Partner with the sales team during customer visits and productdemonstrations.

·       Provide technical and clinical expertise throughout the sales process.

·       Support customer evaluations and clinical trials.

Documentation & Compliance

·       Maintain accurate training records and attendance documentation.

·       Ensure compliance with company SOPs and local regulations.

·       Report and document any adverse events according to company procedures.

Minimum Requirements

Education

·       Diploma or Degree in Nursing, Biomedical Science, Life Sciences,Aesthetics, or a related healthcare field.

Experience

·       Minimum 2 years of experience in the medical aesthetics industry.

·       Experience in aesthetic clinics, medical device companies, aesthetictraining, or clinical support roles.

·       Experience conducting training or presentations will be an advantage.

Technical Knowledge

·       Good understanding of aesthetic treatments and energy-based devices.

·       Familiarity with:

o   Laser systems

o   Radiofrequency (RF)

o   Microneedling technologies

o   Body contouring devices

Preferred Qualifications

·       Possession of N3 Laser Safety Certification is highly preferred.

·       Experience with aesthetic laser platforms will be a strong advantage.

·       Experience supporting doctors during treatments and demonstrations.

Skills & Competencies

·       Strong presentation and public speaking skills.

·       Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

·       Ability to conduct hands-on practical training.

·       Strong organizational and time-management skills.

·       Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
