Curriculum Developer - IT (Adult Learning & SSG) - up to $6,500 base

Responsibilities

• Design and develop adult learning programmes aligned with DACE and industry requirements
• Prepare course materials including lesson plans, assessments, training content, and supporting resources
• Manage and support SSG funding submissions, ensuring compliance with funding guidelines and requirements
• Review and enhance existing courses to ensure relevance, quality, and regulatory alignment
• Work closely with trainers, subject matter experts, and stakeholders to develop effective learning solutions
• Support implementation and maintenance of e-learning content and learning management systems (LMS)
• Monitor course effectiveness and recommend improvements based on feedback and learning outcomes
• Stay updated on changes in SSG frameworks, adult learning practices, and industry developments

Requirements

• DACE certification or equivalent qualification in adult education or instructional design
• Minimum of 3 years experience in curriculum development, course design, or training programme development
• Good understanding of SSG funding processes, documentation, and compliance requirements
• Familiar with e-learning tools, LMS platforms, and digital learning environments
