We are looking for a passionate, performance-driven, and highly creative individual to join us as a Digital Advertising Specialist.
This role is responsible for driving lead generation, customer acquisition, brand visibility, and business growth through impactful digital advertising strategies across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate is someone who genuinely enjoys digital marketing, loves analysing campaign performance, and gets excited about scaling successful campaigns and achieving strong marketing results.
You should possess a strong curiosity for consumer behaviour, audience psychology, digital trends, and campaign optimisation, while constantly seeking new ideas, strategies, and opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness and business performance.
This role is best suited for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys experimenting with new ideas, and is passionate about building high-performing campaigns that create meaningful business impact.
Plan, execute, and optimise paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other digital advertising platforms.
Develop audience targeting strategies, customer acquisition funnels, and performance marketing initiatives to drive lead generation and conversions.
Manage advertising budgets, bidding strategies, campaign allocation, and optimisation efforts to maximise ROI and campaign effectiveness.
Track and analyse campaign performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA, ROAS, conversions, and lead quality.
Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, audience targeting, campaign structures, and landing pages to improve campaign performance.
Work closely with branding, creative, production, and marketing teams to develop impactful advertising campaigns and creatives.
Monitor market trends, audience behaviour, platform insights, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and optimisation strategies.
Generate performance reports, campaign insights, and strategic recommendations to improve advertising effectiveness and business outcomes.
Stay updated on digital advertising trends, platform algorithm updates, and emerging performance marketing strategies.
Identify opportunities to improve customer acquisition, campaign scalability, digital engagement, and conversion performance.
Proven experience in digital advertising, paid media, and performance marketing.
Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or similar advertising platforms.
Strong understanding of conversion funnels, audience targeting, retargeting, and lead generation strategies.
Passionate about digital marketing, advertising performance, and campaign growth.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns, priorities, and advertising budgets effectively.
Creative, commercially aware, and highly results-oriented mindset.
Strong communication, reporting, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience in e-commerce, lead generation, education, or training industry will be advantageous.
Familiarity with landing page optimisation, website funnels, and conversion tracking tools is preferred.
