Discipline Coordinator Tampines

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support students serving detention orsuspension after school
• Implement, monitor, and maintain disciplinaryprocedures and records
• Follow up with students on disciplinary cases andensure completion of assigned tasks
• Maintain and update discipline-related data(detention, late-coming, attendance, etc.)
• Manage daily operations of the Discipline Room,including student walk-ins and phone confiscation records
• Support management of late-comers and studentmovement tracking
• Communicate and update teachers, Year Heads, andschool leaders on student cases
• Work with Student Management team on casemonitoring and student development
• Promote positive behaviour through restorative anddevelopmental discipline approaches
• Support intervention programmes and structuredlearning tasks for at-risk students
• Monitor students during non-structured times(recess, after school, etc.)
• Assist during examinations to ensure discipline andsmooth operations
• Supervise students in self-study/suspensionprogrammes during term breaks
• Maintain accurate records for student profiling anddisciplinary tracking

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE O-Level qualification;
• MOE teaching experience preferred
• Experience coaching and mentoring at-risk youth
• Experience in student discipline investigations and report writing forschool management
• Familiar with school management systems, student databases, and onlinelearning platforms Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Word and Excel)
