Job Description - Early Childhood Educator (Family Office)

Job Summary

We are seeking a caring, responsible, and dedicated Early Childhood Educator to support the learning, development, and well-being of young children in a nurturing environment. The successful candidate will create engaging learning experiences, promote positive social-emotional development, and provide attentive care to ensure children's safety, comfort, and overall welfare.

Key Responsibilities

Teaching & Learning

  • Plan and deliver age-appropriate educational activities aligned with developmental milestones.
  • Foster children's cognitive, social, emotional, physical, and language development.
  • Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment.
  • Observe, assess, and document children's progress and development.
  • Encourage positive behaviour and support children's independence and self-confidence.

Child Well-being & Daily Care

  • Support children's daily routines, including meals, hygiene, rest periods, and transitions throughout the day.
  • Ensure children's safety, health, and well-being at all times.
  • Provide individual attention and emotional support based on each child's needs.
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and child-friendly environment.
  • Assist with preparation of children's learning materials, personal belongings, and daily necessities.

Family & Team Collaboration

  • Build positive relationships with parents and provide regular updates on children's development and well-being.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure smooth daily operations.

Requirements

  • Previous experience working with infants, toddlers, or preschool-aged children preferred.
  • Passionate about child development and early childhood education.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Patient, nurturing, responsible, and adaptable.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Working Hours

  • Willingness to work on weekends and Public Holidays when scheduled.
  • Flexibility to support operational requirements and special programmes outside regular working hours when necessary.
  • Willingness to travel oversea frequently as and when required
