We are looking for an educational leader who is kind, caring and has great expertise in wellbeing for all learners.

What You'll Do

• Partner with the Principal to lead daily school operations and educational excellence.
• Champion child wellbeing and inclusive education practices.
• Ensure compliance with ECDA regulations and maintain high quality standards.
• Support children of diverse learning profiles within an inclusive educational environment.
• Lead the implementation of the HEI Way, ensuring our Finnish educational philosophy is reflected in every classroom.

We Are Looking For Someone Who Has

✔ ECDA L2 Leadership Certification (Mandatory)

✔ Experience working within an international school environment

✔ Demonstrated experience supporting children with diverse abilities and inclusive education practices

✔ Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Mandarin ( mandatory), with the ability to communicate confidently and professionally with families, staff and stakeholders

✔ A growth mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and is dependable.
