Job Summary

Caudalie is seeking a Regional Education Manager to drive sell-out, educate and elevate our partners in Southern Asia & Pacific. This role drives education and sales techniques with key retailers, and best-in-class in-store events, requiring frequent regional business travel.

Responsibilities

• Educateour partners on Caudalie DNA, values & unique sales techniques;
• Leadthe training schedule for all our partners and organize off & on linetrainings
• Strengthenour partnership, becoming a top of mind and best in class education partner.
• Drivesell-out performance by creating market tailored training methods and toolsadapted to local realities.
• Enhancebrand awareness and credibility through impactful presentations, masterclasses,and elevated training experiences.

Required competencies and certifications

• Fluent in English, and proficient in Chinese
• Strong education and training skills
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for data analysis and reporting
• Comfortable with frequent business travel across APAC to maintain field presence and stakeholder engagement

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• 2–3 years of retail management experience, preferably within the beauty industry
• Excellent presentation and communication skills to influence and engage diverse stakeholders
