English Enrichment Teacher

Our client is looking for enthusiastic English Language Teachers who are passionate about nurturing young learners and building strong reading and literacy skills. You’ll be part of a trusted international education organisation with a proven approach and a supportive teaching community.

Job Scope:

• Teach literacy skills—including reading, writing, and comprehension—to students aged 6–12.
• Deliver structured, engaging lessons using an established instructional programme.
• Prepare lesson plans, grade assignments, and maintain accurate student progress records.
• Communicate regularly with parents regarding student performance and growth.
• Participate in ongoing training and curriculum meetings to strengthen teaching practices.
• Build a supportive, positive, and safe learning environment for all students.
• Work collaboratively with other teachers and the management team to uphold academic standards.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education, English, Linguistics, or related fields.
• Strong command of spoken and written English.
• No experience needed - training will be provided.
• Good communication, classroom management, and interpersonal skills.

Working Hours: 3 weekdays + 2 weekends
Working Location: Island wide locations available
Salary: Up to $4,500
