Job Requirement

• Plan and implement lessons that align with the ECDA framework
• Create high-quality learning environments that include age-appropriate learning materials and resources
• Nurture trusting and respectful relationships with children
• Customize classroom management strategies to meet the needs of individual children
• Document and assess children’s learning and development to inform future planning and teaching
• Work collaboratively with families to promote consistency in care and learning between the Centre and home
• Cultivate and enhance partnerships with families and the wider community

Qualification

• Diploma in Early Childhood Care & Education (Teaching)/ Diploma in Child Psychology & Early Education or its equivalent
• Certified by Early Childhood Development Agency (ECDA) as at least an ACEY/EY2 teacher
• IT savvy
• Work location- South/Central side Singapore
