English Teacher (Enrichment Centre)

We are looking for passionate and dedicated English Language Teachers who are committed to helping young learners build strong reading and literacy foundations. You will be part of an established international education organisation with a proven methodology and supportive teaching environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach reading, writing, and comprehension skills to children aged 3 to 12 years old.
• Deliver engaging literacy-based lessons using a structured, proven teaching system.
• Prepare lessons, mark work, and maintain accurate student progress records.
• Communicate regularly with parents on student performance and development.
• Participate in training sessions and curriculum meetings to enhance teaching quality.
• Create a positive, nurturing, and safe classroom environment for all learners.
• Work collaboratively with fellow teachers and management to uphold teaching standards.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education, English, Linguistics, or a related field
• Excellent command of spoken and written English.
• 2 years of experience in an english enrichment centre setting
• Strong communication, classroom management, and interpersonal skills.

Working Hours: 3 weekdays + 2 weekend

Working Location: Islandwide locations available

Salary: $5,000 + performance bonus
