Fitness Trainer

Job Summary

Fitness Trainers contribute to enhancing our programs by bringing diverse skills and experiences. You will deliver effective fitness training across multiple retail outlets, adapting to varied client needs and schedules to promote health and wellness.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized fitness training sessions to clients across multiple retail outlets, ensuring safety and effectiveness
• Adapt training programs to meet diverse client goals and fitness levels, driving measurable improvements in health and performance
• Collaborate with team members to enhance program offerings and share best practices
• Demonstrate flexibility by working shifts, including Sundays and public holidays, to meet operational needs
• Exhibit initiative and creativity in developing engaging fitness activities that motivate clients
• Uphold high standards of integrity and professionalism in all client interactions

Required competencies and certifications

• Certified Personal Trainer or Group Class Trainer credential from ACE, AFTA, NSCA, NASM accredited course or equivalent
• CPR & AED / First Aid certification

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Open to fresh graduates and mid-career switch candidates demonstrating passion for health and fitness
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team with a can-do attitude and willingness to take on responsibilities beyond defined roles
• Work location in Punggol mainly but might be occasionally deployed to other parts of Singapore.
