Full-Time Admin and Student Care Support (Hougang)

We are an education centre located at Hougang Avenue 8 looking for Full-Time Admin and Student Care Support staff to join us!

Working hours: Monday to Friday | 10.30am - 7.30pm or 12.15pm to 9.15pm

• Closed on public holidays

Job Description

• Handle walk-ins, telephone and email enquiries .
• Promote centre course sand provide course consultation to prospective parents and students.
• Coordinating and facilitating classes for the centre.
• Handle general administrative tasks pertaining to student and course registration matters.
• Supervision of homework and spelling for primary school children (primary 1 to 6)
• Responsible for new students enrollment daily.
• Follow up on sales enquiries with parents who enquire and collection of school fees.
• Take attendance and assign classrooms to teachers and students for daily course.
• Communicate with tutors, parents and/or students on starting classes or change of timing, and any other situation that may arise.
• Take photos of classes for marketing collaterals and helping in creating advertising materials.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the centre
• Perform any ad hoc basis as assigned by manager.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma or any related educational level.
• Minimum possesses 2 years of relevant working experience in customer service role would be advantageous.
• Compulsory training is required.
• Must be able to work for the above timing mentioned.
• Must be responsible and committed
• Able to work as a team
• Possess good working attitude and keen to learn.
• Bilingual in English and Chinese (in order to follow up on sales enquiries with Mandarin speaking parents in regards with the collection of school fees.)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and adept with technology
• Comfortable working around children, parents and teachers.

Able to start work from August 2026
