ABOUT BFT

Body Fit Training (BFT) is a globally recognised functional training franchise built on science-backed, periodised programming across 8-week training blocks. We deliver real results through intelligent coaching — and at Anchorvale, we’re bringing that to one of Singapore’s most energetic and growing communities.

WHAT YOU’LL OWN

• Deliver world-class BFT group training sessions that leave members coming back for more

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of coaches to maintain the highest coaching standards

• Drive member engagement, retention, and results through exceptional floor presence

• Collaborate with the Studio Manager on programming, scheduling, and studio culture

• Conduct fitness assessments, goal-setting sessions, and member check-ins

• Be the face of fitness excellence at BFT Anchorvale

• Uphold BFT’s global coaching standards and methodology at all times

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Minimum Fitness recognised qualification

• 2–4 years of coaching experience, preferably in group training or functional fitness

• Strong leadership presence with the ability to energise a room

• Genuinely passionate about member outcomes and community building

• Excellent communication, motivation, and interpersonal skills

• Knowledge of periodised programming and functional movement is a strong advantage

• CPR/AED certified (or willing to obtain prior to commencement)

💰 Base Salary: SGD $4,000 – $5,000/month (based on experience)
