HR Executive Learning & Development 3 Mths Contract

PERSOL Outsourcing is partnering our Client, a leading name in digital transformation and they are looking for HR talents to be a part of their team!

Working Hours/Location:

• Monday to Friday; 8.30am to 6pm
• Mapletree Business City (Pasir Panjang, Nearest MRT – Labrador Park)
• Basic + Incentive + Performance Bonus given!!

Job Responsibilities:
Learning Operations

• Coordinated end-to-end administration of learning programmes, including course scheduling, enrolment, attendance tracking, and learner communications using Workday and LMS
• Managed training logistics, including venue arrangements, training materials, catering, and onsite programme support
• Administered learning systems, user access, mandatory training assignments, and employee learning records
• Coordinated competency assessments, including participant communications, tracking, and data preparation
• Prepared training reports, dashboards, KPI metrics, and maintained accurate learning records
• Processed training invoices, purchase requisitions/orders (PR/PO), and training-related documentation
• Responded to learning-related enquiries and provided operational support to employees and stakeholders
• Supported staff orientation programmes, Learning Operations projects, and HR Shared Services activities

HR Operations

• Supported end-to-end recruitment activities, including job postings, interview coordination, background screening, and preparation of offer letters and internship agreements
• Coordinated onboarding and offboarding processes, employee lifecycle administration, documentation, and HRIS data management
• Administered employee movements, work pass applications and renewals, employment verification, staff declarations, leave administration, and insurance-related matters
• Processed vendor invoices, stipend claims, and other HR operational transactions while maintaining accurate HR records and trackers
• Prepared HR reports, supported monthly reporting, and assisted with staff welfare initiatives and general HR administrative activities

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in HR or related discipline
• At least 1 year HR generalist experience inclusive of Learning Ops
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proficient in MS Office, SAP/Workday experiences is an advantage
• Detail-oriented, proactive and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Able to adapt quickly and work independently when required
