• Conduct training/seminar sessions in class as well as online with various online delivery tools
• Deliver Microsoft official courses and SkillsFuture accredited courses and conduct required assessments
• Develop digital transformation related skilling contents on Copilot for Microsoft 365 and Power Platform technologies
• Stay abreast with the latest technologies and certifications
• Meet with customers for contextualization of courses, customization of content and delivery
• Develop, update and deliver customized and new courses/content
• Present at marketing events
• Stay current with mandated certifications

Job Requirements

• Microsoft Certified Trainer preferred
• (ACTA) WSQ Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (Full) or (ACLP) WSQ Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance preferred
• At least 3 years of working experience in the IT field
• Must be conversant with Microsoft 365 technologies
• Strong public presentation and communication skills and a high standard of documentation
• Working or consulting experience in relevant technologies would be added advantage
• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
• Fluent in English
• Ability to communicate and read Chinese will be desirable
• Can do/will do attitude
