Job Opening: K-pop Trainer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced K-pop Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in training teachers, proven experience collaborating with top Korean entertainment companies, and the ability to teach individuals of all age levels.

Responsibilities:

• Train and mentor teachers in K-pop dance and vocal techniques.
• Prepare students for auditions and performance choreography
• Ability to host events or concerts (local or international)
• Develop and implement training programs tailored to different age groups and skill levels.Collaborate with top Korean entertainment companies to stay updated on the latest K-pop trends and techniques.
• Provide constructive feedback and guidance to students to help them achieve their full potential.
• Organize and lead workshops, classes, and performance rehearsals.
• Maintain a positive and encouraging learning environment.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 6 years of experience as a K-pop trainer.
• Strong teaching skills and the ability to work with students of all age levels.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for K-pop and a deep understanding of the industry.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in choreography and performance coaching.
• Knowledge of Korean language and culture.
• Previous experience in a leadership or managerial role.

Expected Salary:

S$5000 to $6500 + Bonus
