Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and analytical Learning & Development (L&D) Executive to support the planning, coordination, and delivery of training programs across the organization. This role plays a key part in identifying workforce learning needs, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring the effectiveness and compliance of learning initiatives aligned with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Determine Workforce Learning Needs
Collect and analyze competency gap data from line managers.
Incorporate findings into the learning needs analysis (LNA) process.
Prioritize learning requirements based on current and future business objectives.
Coordinate Learning Programs
Collaborate with business units to develop relevant training course content.
Assist in reviewing and updating internal learning materials.
Evaluate external training vendors and assess course suitability.
Coordinate with internal trainers and external vendors for scheduling and delivery of training programs.
Support Training Delivery
Communicate training schedules and details to employees.
Manage logistical arrangements with trainers and vendors.
Track and collect course evaluations to assess training effectiveness.
Process vendor payments in a timely manner.
Conduct audits of mandatory training completion and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
A Degree or Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management, or a related field.
At least 3 years of relevant working experience. A strong willingness to learn is an added advantage.
Familiar with R1 and R2 training requirements.
