We are seeking an experienced Landscape Manager to lead both our landscape operations and human resource functions. This dual-portfolio role suits a hands-on leader who can balance site-level operational execution with organisational people management, ensuring our teams — including arborists, horticulturists, and construction crews — are well-resourced, compliant, and performing to the highest standards across National Parks Projects, Private residential landed property projects, condominiums, and Commercial projects in Singapore.
Key Responsibilities
Landscape Operations
• Oversee day-to-day execution of landscape maintenance, horticulture, and construction contracts across multiple sites
• Manage project timelines, resource allocation, and quality control for term contracts and ad-hoc projects
• Liaise with clients, MCSTs, and procurement contacts on service delivery, contract renewals, and issue resolution
• Coordinate with ISA Certified Arborists and Certified Practising Horticulturists on technical service delivery
• Monitor compliance with safety, PWM (Progressive Wage Model), and industry regulatory requirements
• Support tender submissions, proposal development, and contract negotiations
Human Resources
• Manage full-cycle HR functions: recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and staff development
• Develop and implement HR policies aligned with Singapore employment law and PWM obligations
• Oversee manpower planning and workforce deployment across operational sites
• Handle staff communications, grievance resolution, and disciplinary matters
• Drive training and certification pathways for field staff (e.g. ISA certification support)
• Manage compensation, benefits administration, and staff welfare initiatives
Requirements
• Minimum 3 - 5 years of relevant experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity
• Prior experience in landscape, horticulture, construction, or facilities management industries strongly preferred
• Solid working knowledge of Singapore employment legislation and PWM framework
• Strong stakeholder management skills — comfortable engaging clients, MCST councils, and internal teams
• Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Horticulture, or related field
• Proficient in MS Office; experience with HR systems and contract management tools an advantage.

• WSQ Landscape Industry certifications or equivalent
• Bizsafe / Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) certification
• First Aid / CPR certification
