Key Responsibilities

• Manage project timelines, resource allocation, and quality control for term contracts and ad-hoc projects

• Liaise with clients, MCSTs, and procurement contacts on service delivery, contract renewals, and issue resolution

• Coordinate with ISA Certified Arborists and Certified Practising Horticulturists on technical service delivery

• Monitor compliance with safety, PWM (Progressive Wage Model), and industry regulatory requirements

• Support tender submissions, proposal development, and contract negotiations

Human Resources

• Manage full-cycle HR functions: recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and staff development

• Develop and implement HR policies aligned with Singapore employment law and PWM obligations

• Oversee manpower planning and workforce deployment across operational sites

• Handle staff communications, grievance resolution, and disciplinary matters

• Drive training and certification pathways for field staff (e.g. ISA certification support)

• Manage compensation, benefits administration, and staff welfare initiatives

Requirements

• Minimum 3 - 5 years of relevant experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity

• Prior experience in landscape, horticulture, construction, or facilities management industries strongly preferred

• Solid working knowledge of Singapore employment legislation and PWM framework

• Strong stakeholder management skills — comfortable engaging clients, MCST councils, and internal teams

• Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Horticulture, or related field

• Proficient in MS Office; experience with HR systems and contract management tools an advantage.

Bonus / Preferred Certifications

• ISA Certified Arborist

• Certified Practising Horticulturist (CPH)

• WSQ Landscape Industry certifications or equivalent

• Bizsafe / Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) certification

• First Aid / CPR certification

• Any other relevant landscape, horticulture, or safety-related professional certification

What We Offer

• Competitive salary commensurate with experience

• Opportunity to lead a dual-function role with real operational impact

• Exposure to premium residential and commercial portfolios across Singapore

• Supportive team environment with certified industry professionals
