The Learning & Development Executive is responsible for planning, coordinating and delivering employee training programmes to improve staff competency, service quality, operational standards and overall organizational performance.
This role also supports the development of training systems, learning materials, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and employee competency assessments to ensure consistent service standards across the organization.
