Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be expected to deliver engaging and effective instruction in investments, FinTech and AI, and other related areas in finance. In addition to teaching a range of finance courses, the candidate will play an active role in curriculum development, student mentoring, and industry engagement.

The candidate will contribute to course administration, pedagogical innovation, and school-level service activities. Collaboration with colleagues and industry partners to enhance student learning experiences and bridge academic concepts with professional practice is also expected.

Lecturers/Senior Lecturers are expected to demonstrate excellence in teaching and service, while contributing to practice-oriented scholarship, such as case writing and industry-linked projects, and to the continuous improvement of teaching through innovation and industry engagement.

Requirements

• Candidates should preferably hold a PhD in a finance-related discipline from a reputable university.

• Relevant professional qualifications and industry experience in a finance-related field are highly desirable.

• Versatility and experience in teaching a range of finance courses at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels.

• Strong interest in curriculum development/innovation, case writing, and industry engagement.

• Demonstrated ability and passion for teaching, mentoring, and student development.
