This role holder leads the curriculum development team to conceptualize the masterplan for building the curriculum design and development capabilities in Hua Mei Training Academy (HMTA).
He/ She will drive the adoption of a standardized curriculum design model and blueprint (working in tandem with our subject matter experts - SMEs) to guide the curriculum development work in a consistent manner across the company.
Reporting to the Executive Director, he/she will work with the Marketing team to identify training development opportunities for the Intermediate and Long-Term Care (ILTC) sector - including reviewing landscape analysis of the ILTC training resources, needs, stakeholders and opportunities.
