We are a group of companies operating across mental health, wellness and safety. Our training and course portfolio spans mental health and wellness programmes under our counselling and integrated health entities, safety courses under our emergency responder academy, and leadership and coaching programmes under our education hub.
We are growing our training division and building for scale - developing new programmes, pursuing WSQ and government funding, and deepening corporate and institutional partnerships. We are looking for a commercially minded and operationally capable individual to drive this with us.
The Role
This is a business development and training operations role. You will be responsible for growing the training division (identifying opportunities, developing new courses and programmes, managing funding submissions, and building partnerships) while ensuring the operational backbone is in place to deliver consistently.
You will work closely with leadership and have ownership over how the training division grows. This is not an execution-only role. We want someone who thinks commercially and can move independently.
