The Operational Training Executive will support the ARSLAN SRS Training Wing in the facilitation, coordination, and delivery of operational training programs across supported sites and client environments. The role will primarily focus on conducting face-to-face and virtual training sessions to strengthen workforce competency, operational readiness, and continual capability development across deployed security personnel.
In addition to training delivery responsibilities, the role will also support Learning Management System (LMS) administration, training coordination, competency documentation, reporting, and operational learning support initiatives aligned with organizational and client operational requirements.
Job Responsibilities:
Operational Training Delivery & Facilitation
Conduct face-to-face and virtual operational training sessions for deployed security personnel, ensuring effective learner engagement, participation, and knowledge transfer.
Deliver client-specific operational training programs aligned with operational and contractual requirements
Conduct operational and scenario-based learning activities to reinforce operational decision-making and incident response readiness
Facilitate Train-the-Trainer (TTT) sessions for identified operational trainers
Support continual workforce capability sustainment and operational readiness initiatives
Ensure training delivery is conducted professionally, consistently, and in accordance with organizational training standards
Support training engagement, learner participation, and operational learning effectiveness during training sessions
Conduct and support workforce competency evaluations, practical assessments, and operational learning reviews to ensure training applicability, operational effectiveness, and continual workforce capability reinforcement.
Travel to operational sites as required to conduct training, competency evaluations, operational learning activities, and client-specific capability development initiatives
Support engagement with site stakeholders and client representatives to identify training needs and operational capability development opportunities.
Training Documentation, Coordination & Reporting
Maintain proper training records, attendance documentation, competency tracking, and supporting evidence for audit readiness
Generate and maintain training reports, learner participation records, and operational training documentation
Support preparation of weekly and monthly training statistics and competency reports
Ensure proper documentation and traceability of training-related activities and operational learning initiatives
Coordinate training schedules, learner attendance, and operational training deployment arrangements
Liaise with Operations Support Team (OST) and operational stakeholders for training coordination and follow-up support
Learning Management System (LMS) & Operational Learning Support
Support LMS administrative functions, learner onboarding, and user account management
Support LMS training deployment and learner assignment coordination
Assist in resolving LMS learner access and training support issues
Support LMS integration into operational workflows and training processes
Support in generating After-Action Review (AAR) learning and training content based on incidents, operational observations, and client feedback
Job Requirements:
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Training / Learning & Development, Security Operations, Workforce Development, Operations Support, Facilities, Data Centre environments, or related operational industries
Experience conducting face-to-face and/or virtual training sessions, operational refresher training, or workforce capability development programs.
Diploma in Learning & Development, Adult Education, Human Resource Management, Business, Security Management, Operations Management, or related disciplines preferred
WSQ Advanced Certificate in Training & Assessment (ACTA), ACLP, or equivalent adult education certification will be an advantage
Comfortable conducting practical, operational, and ground-level training for deployed officers and operational teams
Practical and hands-on individual with strong facilitation and communication skills (not purely theory-driven)
Structured, organized, and detail-oriented with good documentation, coordination, and reporting capabilities
Comfortable working closely with ground teams, supervisors, operational stakeholders, and deployed workforce personnel
Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS), Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, or operational training systems preferred
Positive attitude with willingness to support continual workforce capability development and operational readiness initiatives
