Preschool Educator

We are looking for L2 certified English Language Preschool Educators to join our expanding team at Jurong East! You will be working with a tight-knit team of experienced and jolly educators.

Duties and Responsibilities (Preschool Educator):

• Creates a secure and quality learning environment for the children through nurturing trusting and respectful relationships with them
• Enrich children’s learning by co-designing and implementing a developmentally and culturally appropriate curriculum, while effectively integrating innovative teaching and learning practices
• Being proactive and intentional in strengthening partnerships with families and the community, and co-designs collaborative efforts with colleagues and stakeholders to achieve this goal
• Guide junior educators in enhancing their professional practice
• Provide suggestions to improve professional development in the Centre, while also contributing to the Centre’s culture of collaboration and collegiality

Experience, Qualifications, and Training Requirements:

• Has been registered with ECDA and attained an L2 certification
• Have either of the following:
• Diploma in Pre-school Education - Teaching (DPE-T) / Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education (DECCE-T), or it's equivalent recognized by ECDA for K1/K2 teachers
