Responsibilities
• Prepare classroom environment and materials, ensuring superior quality and adequate supply. • Manage and interact with children, promoting critical thinking and positive attitudes towards learning. • Supervise activities and stimulate children's interest in their physical and social environment. • Create and implement lesson plans aligned with the curriculum framework. • Use audio-visual teaching aids when necessary. • Observe and monitor children's learning progress and create new learning opportunities. • Evaluate lessons conducted and plan appropriate lessons for children's development and learning. • Provide emotional support and instruction in personal cleanliness and self-care. • Ensure the safety and well-being of each child. • Maintain an atmosphere of safety, learning, and fun.
Requirements
• Diploma/Certificate in Early Childhood Care and Education (Teaching) - Chinese Language. • At least 3 years of experience in a related field.
